Workshop #1 - Breathe & Restore january 24, 2026

The woman learned the importance of Box Breathing and Humming. When a “yawn” appears in the session, you know you are moving into deeper relaxation, dropping tension and anxiety. We did some fun laughing exercises and ended with massage and movement. All of this engages the Vagus Nerve which is the main reason for the workshops.

workshop #2 - Walking and Prayer february 28, 2026

With a better understanding of the previous workshop, the woman came into the space with intentions on what to focus on and I know some of the testimonies were powerful! The energy became very calm and peaceful as we recited scripture in our exhales and short walk outside. A beautiful time with these women.
